About Taniala Regenerative Camp (Madagascar)
Named from Malagasy tany (land/soil) and ala (forest). Founded in 2022 near Lambokely to pioneer regenerative agroforestry, including “forest gardens”—multi-layered plots of baobab, legumes, fruit trees, and crops
It builds soil, supports livelihoods, trains local farmers, and scales reach with infrastructure like wells, nurseries, and accommodations. Awarded GLF Restoration Steward and Lush Spring Prize.
